Procrastination

Past few nights have been spent scribbling, note taking, revising, nibbling on brain food (bitter dark chocolate, walnuts and tea) Have to remember the accents on e's and a's, perfect the pronunciations of amimerei (I would adore) and cielo stellato (starry sky). Also the dreaded, dreaded maths exam is next week. At least I will have finished the majority this week.

Lately I have become quite fascinated by dollhouses and wish I owned one with as much grandeur as these.

In fact, I want to live the miniature life in a dollhouse. Each day would be: getting dressed in only the most elegant clothes, frequent visits to the bakery, tea parties with neighbours (clinkaty clinking of the fine bone china) and endless hours of play and pretend, living my childhood dream...

  8. Oh dearest swan, it's so lovely to see a post from you once more. I was missing you terribly! I know you will do just brilliantly with your exams, and the best of luck to you (although I doubt you'll need it!). I have always been rather terrified of dolls, but the dollhouse-life does seem rather tempting, and those photographs really are exquisite!
